most known for his naïve art style, Balet excelled in the creation of children's books.
Naïve art, which is defined as a style of art by someone who wasn't trained or schooled is all about the aesthetic. He grew up pretty privileged,. bouncing from school to school whenever the previous one didn't work for him. He was surrounded by artist's growing up which is probably what lead him to art, even without a completed schooling background.
