Noma Bar
Noma Bar’s work is simple but complicated. He used basic
color and designs but within the negative space he has hidden images. His work
is both complex and simple he is known for portraits that detail
characteristics such as the portrait I added below of George w. Bush. Here is a
simple drawing of Bush’s head inside of the head is a reference to the Abu
Ghraib torture. His pieces although devoid of details, some without color,
others with simple shades all had deep meanings. His work was for me pushed boundaries to be so direct while being almost sarcastic is very interesting.

A great example of the maxim, "less is more".
